Perry J. Pound Managing Partner, Cambridge Pacific | Real Assets & Infrastructure Finance

I work at the intersection of capital, infrastructure, and institutions — at moments of transition when durable structures must be built, not optimized.

Over the past two decades, I have executed more than $4.5B in transactions across real assets, infrastructure, energy, and technology — including data center and power infrastructure — and raised over $1.5B from sovereign wealth funds, pension systems, and global institutional investors.

As Managing Partner of Cambridge Pacific, I lead an infrastructure and real assets investment platform operating across the United States and Europe. Our focus is on the financing and deployment of long-duration capital into the physical layer of the economy — data centers, power, energy transition, and the infrastructure backbone of the AI buildout. We work with institutional and family-office investors on secondary transactions, direct investments, and strategic advisory across these sectors.

Prior to Cambridge Pacific, I held senior roles at Greystar and across institutional real assets, with deal experience spanning New York, Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Dallas, Boston, Washington, and Paris. I hold an MA in International Finance & Economics from The Fletcher School at Tufts and was an MBA cross-registrant at Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, I'm a husband and father. I care deeply about building things that endure — in markets, institutions, and families — and value time with family, physical training, and long-form reading.
